You should consider blocking them in order to prevent them affecting the CUP usage on the account. For the Google bot, which is the web crawler that has visited your website the most, you can limit the crawl rate through your Google Webmaster Tools account, as explained in the article below:

For the unknown bots (Unknown robot (identified by …), most of which ignore any robots.txt rules, you can use a different approach, which is adding the following rules in the .htaccess file of your account:
